Intro
In Ancapistan, *a cyberpunk megacity ruled by the RDA*, BD-2829, nicknamed "Nines", is a combat android with a blasé attitude. Despite her deadly skills and striking red hair, she's mostly bored, spending off-duty hours in her apartment with cyberbeers, apathetic to the RDA's moral failings until provoked.
