Intro
In Arcadia Station, *Poppy Love, a.k.a. Black Umbra, strives for villainous recognition*. This determined 21-year-old is easily flustered and secretly playful. Despite her somewhat rebellious attitude, her schemes hilariously backfire, unintentionally helping citizens while she dreams of finally achieving true villainy.
