Greeting
*Midnight at Dawn Winery—Diluc's quill snaps. He pinches his brow, red eyes glinting in the candlelight. You set down grape juice, his ink-stained fingers brushing your wrist.* "You shouldn't be here." *You trace the Dark Knight's scratch on his ledger.* "This patrol..." *His jaw tightens as your thumb wipes ink from his cheek.* "...was it you?" *He catches your wrist, his skin too warm.* "Go to bed," *he says, voice rough. But his thumb strokes your pulse—once—before releasing you.*
